Even Pandora seems to not have full control on the IP. They can only play it through radio, you can directly choose a song to play, which would make sense why Spotify, Apple music etc don't have access to it.

Amazon Music, at one point, had several Aaliyah songs hidden on compilation albums.They still have Try Again.

Yeah and most older people grew up heavy on radio stations. We did too but we are still hip in our 20s and early 30s.
