My experiences with my mental health, love, etc. I approached this album like if this was my last project ...  how i would i wanna sound, how would i wanna come across? How would i want my voice to sound? And with all that being said, that's how i was lead to create, and im really really proud of it"

Around 14 minutes in, the interviewer talks about old interviews where Brandy discussed a new project coming out (Human/Twoeleven) and her vibe discussing this music Is way WAY different.   I believe her when she talks about these songs and what they mean to her. I haven't seen her in this serene and self assured state of being since the Afrodisiac and Full Moon eras. 

No surprise there.
