Netflix Loses Motion to Dismiss Mo'Nique's Sex & Racial Discrimination Suit Over Pay

This isn't really a loss. The courts are just saying that she has the right to move forward, but she won't win this. If Netflix really wanted to, they could drag this out for years and bankrupt Monique.
