I remember Almond.

They had like the biggest color complex..."light and bright! dark butts!", etc...and ended up being one of the darkest people I've ever laid eyes on.
With a straw hat on top.

It made sense, though.

Its not a point of proving that's she's light. Its debunking the obvious that is always implied.

Can you answer why it's funny at the thought that Bey bleaches? even though she's the same color since birth?

Do you understand why a bey fan might show photos of her skin tone when its brought up? It makes sense. Its black people who started that bullshit in the first place. As if we (anyone) cant go up and down  the shade wall when exposed to sun light or away from it or blocking (sun screen). Unless you're close to Akon's color.

they just said a wig made her look brighter. 

it wasn't that deep of an accusation or anything. i don't even think it qualifies as an accusation. colors do bring out or dumb down things like our complexion, etc. so there is validity to that type of comment. doesn't mean I agree but yeah.

that's why I didn't see the need to fly off the handle with prom pics, etc.

It's mostly because Queen is constantly being accused of bleaching. It's implying Queen hates herself when she's been light skin all her life.

I understand defending yourself or your fav against certain things. Trust, soon as someone accuses me of processing my hair I'm ready to snap, as you guys have seen on here multiple times   . because things like that are very offensive and very serious accusations (accusing one of damaging their bodies for the sake of a "look").

But I didn't think anyone was accusing Bey of anything really, in this thread at least.
I'm not blind to the memes and mess that have actually accused her of horrible things, though.
