sexual assault is way too gray

there's a claim going around that a friend of mine sexually assaulted this girl he hired as his assistant

He says he didn't rape her and I believe it.

Now if things were getting hot and heavy and she couldn't stop it fast enough, that's no reason to bash someone.

I watched the On the record documentary. I've never seen Kelly Cutrone look this stressed ever...even when someone 'tries to rape but didn't succeed' it can effect someone for a lifetime and cause emotional trauma
