This is credit card fraud.

She took the woman's card number, wrote down the number, and made a transaction with it.
Through this entire process, she had more than enough time to think about what she was doing.

Now that this case is public they have to make some type of example of her IMO.
Let these kids know that it is NOT OK to do this.
I hand my debit card to people all the time. I don't want anyone handling my information to think that they'll get a slap on the wrist if they knowingly steal from me.

Theft is not OK, its not excusable, this girl is pathetic and she needs to be punished.
