I don't understand her shyness at all. I know it's not her fault she was named the vocal bible but she sure is standing in it. The fact that she is scared to sing is really weird.

I don't think it's matter of being scared to sing. She's just shy, there is a difference. She is a perfectionist. Doing things live, off the rip is not her thing. She's an artist who's more comfortable in the studio, or on stage after much rehearsal. a show where she's expected to sing off a word association is none of those things.

I think Maverick and Mama Sonja are not going to have her doing certain things that were done during the 2/11 era.  This show would have likely been done during the 2/11 era, but I noticed that Maverick is presenting her like that should to only mainstream outlets.  They rep the likes of Aerosmith and Madonna, so they seem to have a plan to remind people of what she is an icon and legend and when one is those they are selective of what she does.

When COVID is over I don't even think she'll do stuff like club hostings like she did during 2/11.
