I think she ultimately was just trying to say that Latinas also played a major role in this victory, but they don't ever get recognized for it.  She said it very poorly and rambled on too much. I see how folks would interpret this as her dismissing what black women did

"we saw what they did in Georgia" isn't really praise. Hatred for Black Women may not be in her heart, but it's interesting how she glossed right over them as an aside and moved right to Latinas.

no it doesnt. it hints that you think you are giving someone the benefit of the doubt but you lack the true understanding of what it means to give someone the benefit of the doubt.

giving someone the benefit of the doubt means trusting what they said their intentions were even if you, peronsally, have a hard time seeing it that way.
