many times kids get placed in foster homes that aren't much better than the situation that woman had them in

but it's just not reasonable for him to knowingly accept drug money as a form of payment
and expect tenants to be decent.

the fact that he made a point of mentioning how he allowed the drug dealing to go down
tells me that he knew it was wrong, and that it shouldn't be happening

but he allowed it. he slept like a bvy at night as long as the rent was coming in.
it wasn't a deal breaker. selling drugs in the house with kids wasn't a dealbreaker
but being late on the rent was.
