She can't help she is going through a divorce and her husband's bankruptcy.
But she was a secretary at the lawfirm and he spend millions of dollars that were reserved for widows and orphans from a big plane crash. I don't know what Erika Jayne knew but somehow she was also responsible..and I have always been a fan of her on RHOBH but the story makes me said.

She also doxxed the number of the judge her husband was sleeping with years ago. This resulted in death threats. She will probably get sued for it.

Yes she will be back. I doubt she can speak about the case but maybe she will talk about him cheating. When she posted these old screenshots of the texts to the judge people noticed Kyle immediately responded..it took her a second. My guess is it could be for the show.

All we know so far is Erika moved out of Tom's house. She tried to sell her Fashion items but was stopped by the judge because all the assets will be part of the bankruptcy. EJ's entertainment company had a 20 million dollar loan from Tom's company..people could go after her company to get some money back.

She got some backlash for posting Savage X promo shoots because people are really mad that she never apologized about her spending money on glam..the money reserved for burn victims, widows, orphans..so people think it is insensitive for her to still brag about money and glam.

She also made a joke about how her life turned into Roxie Hart in Chicago..a joke that was made too soon of course since she and Tom didn't pay anyone back yet.
