I just can't see a grown woman using that language to her clients . 

If she is an adult she has a lot of work to do. We have to watch the way we communicate with one another .

as in, caring enough for one another to THINK a bit before we speak. And constantly checking ourselves for thoughts that could possibly be rooted in anti-blackness.

i see black women on my FB timelines nervous as hell about sharing pics which reveal their natural hair because of stuff like this. This has a real effect on black women and if u have any black women in ur family u should be sensitive to it.
