And also the ugliest. So her chances were alrdy slimmer than the others.

Dawn had potential and was creating a buzz for herself. But her music went too left after Goldenheart for the average listener.

I agree with the last part but is that a listener/general public problem or hers??? I dnt feel like she should have to alter or down her creative genius for the average listener ear (although her voice can get lost in the beats). I think she knows that as well and honestly doesn't care.

The first part of your statement triggered me tho, it was a real nasty statement. Dawn is not ugly, she is beautiful....if that was ur daughter what would you tell her? What makes her ugly....her wide nose and small eyes??

What is she supposed to make??? An industry that she already has to work 100x harder to get a 3rd of what the white girls get and that's IF she was a black pop/r&b girl.

The girl has like 5 solo studio albums under her belt, countless videos, performances/touring, 3 albums with Danity Kane, Dirty Money album, 3 EPS and doing most of the brunt work by herself with a small team (Independent). She's has deals with Adult Swim, booking in animation and virtual reality. Queen of Fashion and much more....I would say she is the catalyst for this Black girl independent electro/r&b-pop lane. She might not ever be a huge star but she's carving the lane for the next Black girl to do it.

This is a boss move for her. Really proud of her. Shannon was always the girl in the group that wasnt in drama and mess, and wanted to just be a team player. When the group went from 5 to 4 to 3 to 2, she was the 1 there standing and never bailed. I think she came to a point where she had given it her all and prob sacrificed a lot of time and money, and just came to a place where she had to find a different passion. She made the right decision.

Right, because even though groups go through things and the music business is tough, they've just been through ALOT during and after where maybe it's just time to call it quits. Honestly after seeing those photos of aubrey I've come to the conclusion that she's delusional so when she's talking about a DK reunion and how she's the only one fighting for it, it coincides with her ganders of delusion at this point. I'm happy shan is happy because she deserves it.
