I wouldn't call dieting and having borderline eating disorders naturally skinny (not trying to come for Bran). She worked over the years to be as thin as she was, there was nothing natural about it.

When Bran is thin, her neck, chest, and teeth are more prominent, still beautiful but more along the lines of a model.

Bran with weight balances her face. Her cheeks soften the mouth area by making her face rounder. It's not really about her body as much as it is about her face. I believe she can keep the weight but tone the areas that will allow her to still wear fashion forward clothing.
