None of these girls really have a ear for iconic urban/pop hits like Brit could....for crying out loud Normani worked with Max Martin on Motivation and she dropped the ball  I don't think anyone will fill that Brit void anytime soon

What I see for Normani and even Teyanna is something like what Aaliyah did. Give us a knocking beat, a lil vocal, and a great dance routine. It's a simple formula.
