Well it is my opinion that if a white person is partnering with a black person then there should be a level of understanding of that persons culture if you do not allow your non black partner to use the word as you would with another black partner
then that means you feel your partner using it is coming from the standard white space of oppression and being a colonizer and not becoming one with their partner who is black which involves the black experience. If you have to have censorship within ur union then somethings wrong. You of all people should know their intentions and appreciation for the equal footing they have with you in your life.
so if they say nigga you arent going to be bothered unless there is a disconnect somewhere along the lines which ...indicates that you cant fully immerse your self in this partner to begin with ....
