i was actually surprised when i found people actually switching their names

but not every person with an ethnic name is gonna switch it up
a lot of them will stand in their mess and just move forward
having one of those names doesn't automatically mean you'll hit a brick wall

I feel like this is more geared for those high powered roles like finance, banking, government , administration, private sector roles ect ect
I work in Health and it's really more about qualifications and experience than rather than what your name is giving

parts of me believe that blacks are subconsciously recreating those words and names but it's so mixed with other languages now
