If what he's saying is true. It's crazy how he didn't think to get the "agreement" in writing.

This is the end result of being a white man's whore I guess.

What they give they SNATCH back.
Yea, tough lesson to learn. I guess he thought they'd forget?

QuoteThe papers allege that in 1999, Talley needed to buy a new car but was unable to do so because of "issues with his credit." Malkemus allegedly offered to buy the car on his behalf, using $45,000 in funds provided by Talley.

Then in 2004, Talley was renting a home that developed a mold problem and needed to find a new place near New York. "At the time, Talley's work schedule was particularly demanding and he could not obtain traditional financing," the lawsuit claims.

so he's had bad credit for 20 years

this is crazy to me, but then if his friend always did the loans maybe he never bothered to build his.

they were no doubt using him as a tax write off fest

How embarrassing. He probably felt like his rich friends would back him whenever he needed them to. I don't think this is an uncommon practice in that life tbh. Just like we throw friends a $100 here and there, I think celebs do the same. It's unfortunate that he was so dependant on everyone else tho
This is my pass to say WHATEVER tf I wanna say about the mess she releases so I don't wanna hear SHIT! Baby mama is a mess of a song btw

He's too old to be so dumb.

When it comes to finances, you can't just take peoples word for it. You contact your attorney and get EVERYTHING in writing. Baby if you "owned" the house, you should have a deed by now.

Best wishes.
