Defamation suit that is a civil suit for money right? Because someone has said something about the victims, to a non privileged third party (instagram, privileged=lawyer, therapist, police)- with negligence (no research or proof). But they can probably counter sue quite easily since they made allegations on social media that damage TI & Tiny a lot (show is on pause). Unless there is antislapp that prevents them from suing back, to protect people who are in legislation from getting silenced.
I am not an expert but I follow some lawyers who have explained some of these defamation cases (Depp, Tati Westbrook) So basically in those cases the persons who sue are 'right' and TI will have to prove that they are lying. Since the allegations are about him and he is the witness this might get tricky. Shekinah however is someone who probably didn't have any knowledge when she made her statements, so she could be a good person to go after.
