He never actually said he has her verse. And I don't think there is one. She didn't want to do the joint album. Foxy spoke about it years ago.

This brings back memories. I remember hearing a rumor that Brandy recorded a track during NSN which featured both Lil Kim and Foxy, but it was never released.
