Benefit isn't the right word but within the black community dark skinned men aren't viewed as undesirable in the same way that dark skinned black women are. Look at all the dark skinned men who get light skinned women. You hardly ever see a light skinned man with a dark woman

Everybody essentially is guilty because everybody was affected by it. So then the finger pointing starts and black women just get louder and louder.

what's the one thing ppl always say about white women as a whole. They dumb asses is gonna stick to a white man and support. That's why trump almost won AGAIN. So .... Being objectified might have benefited J-Lo but it's not just J-Lo that's affected by said objectification.
