I think I'd allow for my kids to be themselves and discover who they are without trying to control every thing. My mom just gave me guidelines on what she felt being a good person & finding happiness entailed, I probably will do the same for my kids.
I honestly don't know how the hell they'll turn out.

Yea, twin boys preferably. I think I'll only be strict when it comes to academics. I see myself influencing them to get a degree in the STEM and not sociology or something - no shade but that's the African in me lol.
Names will be English with a French middle name. When they get older, they can decide which one they prefer.
Ideas so far:
Andrew Jacques
Michael Henri
Blair Raphael
Yes can't wait to have kids.
It's a big responsibility though; you really have to invest your time and energy into creating and molding them.
But I'm just about ready. Got new names for them

My dad wanted to do that with us but my mother wasn't having it
He's done that with his new kids though
I would like to have 3 sons.
I'm the last blood male of my fathers family that can have children with the name.
And wouldn't ya know the universe played a game of gotcha
:caramelapple:
But yea I am gonna continue the line, it'd be selfish of me if I didn't I think. Plus everybody says I'm great dad material.
I love kids. I have a few godchildren and can't wait to be a dad. And I have two baby names picked out already.
I will definitely have a strong hand with my children like my parents had with me. If I have a girl though, I know I am going to spoil her for filth :stressed:
I do like kids though but it's nice to send them home after a couple of hours :blessed:
Nope
I'd definitely raise my kids similar to Will and Jada. Allow them the freedom to be their own true self without influence. That's a life goal. My parents were/are very strict. I want little Mai and bby Marg to grow up without boundaries.
Nope

And I damn sure don't think everyone is meant to be parent. The world would be much better if more people realized those before popping out a clan of children.
No standard Indogermanic names for my bbys.

I thought about creating a name with "chi", which means God in Igbo.
Chigeld = God and money (Igbo and German)
Amorego = Love and money (Latin and Igbo)
Chinur = God and light (Igbo and Arabic)
Starq = strong (German, different spelling)

Yeah my best friend had her daughter right after HS. She still is the same person but those priorities really put a wrench in some of the relationship building experiences I have had with other people.
I adore children. Simply love them. I love spending time with my niece and nephew. I love spoiling them too. They're my hearts. I love the interaction I have with them. Getting to know them as a person and what they're into. It's fascinating. I practically raised my niece since birth so I feel like I'm a parent to her and my nephew although he has his father's grandmother actively involved in his life.

I babysat my bro in law's nephews for a couple of days last year and I was ready and GLAD to give those bastards back (mainly Antonio), but looking back it was a great experience and made me open to having my own. I think when you're actually the parent and in control of how you want to raise and discipline a child, it makes all the difference. I'm not saying next fucking year, but definitely within the next 15 years.
