Happy?
Is it a thing? A person? A hobby? A task?
Is it everlasting or temporary?
Do you think it's possible to have an everlasting feeling of bliss?
What makes you smile inside and out?
:wellheythere:
(You don't necessarily have to say WHAT, btw. I don't need to know about your coke or phone sex addictions)
Waking up Saturday morning panicking that I'm late for work and then remembering it's Saturday.
And I don't work on Saturday.
Yes. :stressed:
When Beyonce slays live performances and the fans of other GORLS crumble across the web. :-D

Yeah in essence.

I really like being interconnected with other people. I love growing and sharing experiences together. I like feeling the entire spectrum of emotions and the experiences that elicit them with these same people. Its spiritual for me.
I also find happiness in escaping reality most times(which may no be a good thing). Im really imaginative so however Im able to tap into that via video games, stimulants, writing, nature, etc. I enjoy.

Glad I could be that person for you
:sistas:
Life in general. The little/simple things we take for granted like friends, family, etc. A multitude of things in essence. The moments I've shared with others and continue to do so while I'm here.
For me, it's a combination of things.
Having a close circle is part of what makes me feel good. My immediate friends, lover, and my sisters/mom/dad.
Me doing anything I want and not having worry about approval has also brought me a ton of happiness. I didn't know WTF freedom was until I had to depend 100% on myself.
Little things like food :dead:, my dog, automobiles, music.
I feel like all of these things add into a pie and when I have them all, the pie is complete. And I feel good.
I used to think Happiness was sorta like a 'high', that would last forever. But I'm starting to see now it comes and goes, and during those moments I don't feel like I'm on a high, I'm not sad -- I'm just content. But my spirit is happy. And that's pretty much how I've always been.
I couldn't imagine being an unhappy person, or miserable. The few times I ever felt like that, I literally felt like death was the only option. But that was when I was younger and everything felt like it was the end.
I'm really just happy to be on this Earth and experiencing all it has to offer.
Music, in general. I've known since I was a kid.
I'm pretty sure I'd be dead without it.
And I can honestly say 2016 was one of the best years I've ever experienced.
I made SOOOOOOO many changes, and they were all worth it. I hope every one of you live how you want and know what makes you smile.
Oh yeah food and music>
Tonio, you're like.....human and sensible :uhh:

No I get that. I think it's healthy tbh.
Fiction and creative space can bring new ideas and peace to oneself.

Awww happy to hear that babe.
Hoping I can be in the same place soon. Life has kinda been a bit.. well.. SHIT this year.
:melmel:
Can't wait till I graduate. I need to cut loose from my family a bit. I feel like having that safety net there is holding me back.
As long as i feel like I'm growing in life and being proactive to continue growing, im happy. Also being healthy, exercising and all that makes me have a better quality of life. Ive been reading and all that stuff co-mingles. I personally have noticed when i eat shit and dont stay active, i feel like shit. Im sure it's mostly mental but your mental effects everything else, so yea

Would you guys say you NEED some of these things?
Like, if one thing were missing, you'd feel terrible?
Or can any and everything be supplemented?
:receipts:
Music.
Being secure in all facets. I get really depressed when things aren't going my way.
Laying in bed not having to do anything or go anywhere.

You'll get there
One day you'll say fck it
And it may get a little rough :dead: :dead: :dead: but it'll definitely be worth it.
Family, if they truly love and respect you, will support your decisions.

Yeah. I have.
Nature, Animals & Sculpting/painting/baking (basically being creative and doing things with my hands). Just letting it all flow.
Between 6th grade and Highschool I definitely suppressed a lot of myself to fit in with the crowd. Not going to go into full detail about that shit.
But when I got home to myself I just let it all go.
My mom has so many things that I had sculpted/painted while growing up. On the nature/animal side of my happiness nothing made me happier growing up than going to the zoo and going on nature trips with the school. Seeing a picture of those exotic locations in the world gets my heart racing. Thats how I know.
However... getting to be around it and to do those things a lot more would be amazing.
Right now I have 3 pets and I want a snake.
also... I like making people happy.
Im being kinda vague but umm.... Im not trying to get too deep into detail. :udontlookok:
Aww Bath'
:stressed:
And I agree with you on being creative. I think that's part of the reason I've been feeling a bit depressed lately. I feel like I'm in a creative block and I have no ideas/will to do create. Sucks because during the summer, I was doing so well and creating music/art like I used to when I was younger.
Power and control
:ohwow:
Cheetos
the simple fact dat i have my younger siblings to look up to me.

I'm happy whenever I take care of my responsibilities without getting distracted or lazy.
Sanity and physical health makes me happy.

Good music and going to the beach.
Still learning but things that bring me joy are:
People genuinely appreciating stuff that I make - music, food, my work, my body etc
Travelling to foreign lands
Getting a raise/promotion that I've worked hard for
life
tha ups & downs! (not a big fan of tha downs tho ^o) )
