Title: Any HEALTH nuts on here? (Update: I'm probably DYING)

Don't take this the wrong way dsssss

But is eating consistently (every few hours) important?

Cause sometimes I get SO tied up in things I won't eat for 8-15 hours and I'll just have a coffee/water

But I guess cause I'm getting older and busier, recently I've been sometimes lightheaded?

I pretty much eat every few hours and its always some kinda protein and fiber. Things that give u energy, keep u satiated, and sustains u. This is why i advised against that mess Drais was doing with the lemonade shit. Being Lethargic aint fckn hot

yeah i thought i would be fine

but i just ate soup and i feel 10x better

i had an apple, coffee, and 2 eggs today

i thought that wouldve been enough :bvy:

but i guess ill at least cut the wait time between meals in half

Those are good things to eat tho.  Apples are fiber filled. Eggs are good for protein of course, tho u could ditch some of the yolk. Yolk is high in cholesterol. I always bring snacks with me.  Yogurts, nuts, fruit, protein bars, etc

lunch takes too much time and I'm a perfectionist at work.

I don't like to miss anything from myself or the people around me. I usually eat a really good dinner and i eat well on the weekends

multiple meals throughout the day are helpful but I'd say they're more important for people who work our regularly

meals later in the day/night aren't that healthy If ur doing it on a frequent basis

this was me back then, I'd skip breakfast, wouldn't bother having lunch at school and eat half of my dinner when I'd get home :dead:
Eating was waste of time to me back ddddddd I could go DAYS without drinking water  :dead:

But nah I can kinda relate I was a bird eater coming up. I barely ate much too. Always a picky eater. At one point I weigh 101 that's how skinny I was.   :dead:

My friend experienced this. We genuinely were concerned for her because she dropped hella weight. I thought she was bulimic so I had to talk to her.

She basically said that she gets really caught up in her work and forgets to eat.

I think Vonc & Real hit the nail on the head though(which is rare). I hate breakfast too unless it's the weekend. Grabbing some bananas, granola bars, or nuts can help keep you balanced for other meals. You just have to be proactive about making sure you go get them. Set an alarm to remind yourself to go get food.  Cause ultimately,if you continue like this your work performance will suffer as well.
