I pretty much eat every few hours and its always some kinda protein and fiber. Things that give u energy, keep u satiated, and sustains u. This is why i advised against that mess Drais was doing with the lemonade shit. Being Lethargic aint fckn hot

Those are good things to eat tho. Apples are fiber filled. Eggs are good for protein of course, tho u could ditch some of the yolk. Yolk is high in cholesterol. I always bring snacks with me. Yogurts, nuts, fruit, protein bars, etc

multiple meals throughout the day are helpful but I'd say they're more important for people who work our regularly
meals later in the day/night aren't that healthy If ur doing it on a frequent basis

My friend experienced this. We genuinely were concerned for her because she dropped hella weight. I thought she was bulimic so I had to talk to her.
She basically said that she gets really caught up in her work and forgets to eat.
I think Vonc & Real hit the nail on the head though(which is rare). I hate breakfast too unless it's the weekend. Grabbing some bananas, granola bars, or nuts can help keep you balanced for other meals. You just have to be proactive about making sure you go get them. Set an alarm to remind yourself to go get food. Cause ultimately,if you continue like this your work performance will suffer as well.
