Mind you it was filled out for my school yet they were still able forge some mess on it and cash it which is considered federal Fraud. I felt so violated and wanted to take matters into my own hands. I just had to fill out a form and get my school to confirm that the money order was not cashed out to them. The USPS also sent me a copy of the cashed money order. They used some fake ass name. The Check cashing location is responsible.
