And they are BOLD as fuck. I had someone steal a money order from my car already filled out. Mind you it was filled out for my school yet they were still able forge some mess on it and cash it which is considered federal Fraud. I felt so violated and wanted to take matters into my own hands. Little did they know it was all caught on camera :stressed:

It was left in there by accident being that I had to drop it off the very next morning.  And it wasn't exposed. I made sure it was tucked away in my compartment.
