Do they bash gays there? Or not.
Do u engage in casual conv' in there? Or do u just get cut up and PUNCH
I get my cut n punch. I fucking hate small talk and I just don't want to be distracted. I need to monitor and make sure it's cut exactly as I asked.
I don't go to a specific barbershop, and I don't really talk to the person cutting my hair.
There's a dyke that works in my barbershop

In Hawaii mine actually js, and it's a black barbershop. But the fag word may get thrown once and a head shake towards something suspect, but a few gay people(The one's I can tell gay) Come to either get their hair twisted or cut and they treat the same as us.

i think i mentioned this before in a similar thread. But the barbershop i go to is pretty empty in the hours I have my appointment and if my barber's not bumping music I'm forced to talk to the nigga. He always asks me about who I'm fucking, do I get pussy, what do I like and what do I do when I'm with girls, etc. (lol as you can see I play along). It's such a kii but they're weird ass questions and I wonder do straight men really talk like this. I've never been wit a group of fags and we'd ask each other "Oh, can you describe his bootyhole for us :ATLcameo:"
so I often wonder is this nigga trying me or wants to mess. Other things he does is call me "Black Boy" (he's Dominican) or "Pretty Boy" and compliment my hair texture (for a black boy).

They don't bash gays because a lot of gay people get their mess cut there
So it's smooth..
But I have heard a discussion about the media pushing a gay agenda
Which I actually stepped in and defended .. saying we need to see gay people on television and in movies because it helps those who are gay cope with it rather than commiting suicide or marrying women and being miserable
And about half of them sided with me.. which was very refreshingb

Yes there are a lot of gays, but you make it seem like you walk into a Kroger and see a fem queen beating some bitch's ass over the last carton of eggs. You can see over the top queens anywhere, yes there are a lot of black gays in Atlanta, but honestly, if you are not going where the gays go, straights are the majority. Al lot of the gays in Atlanta, try hard to give a masculine tea. While yes there are probably a higher percentage of gays in Atlanta than probably anywhere else in the states, they are still the minority.

and it's a black barbershop. But the fag word may get thrown once and a head shake towards something suspect, but a few gay people(The one's I can tell gay) Come to either get their hair twisted or cut and they treat the same as us.
This is how i feel about mine. Its not necessarily gay friendly but its not restrictive in that way either. If gay niggas come in to get a cut everything is cool
thats kinda how mine is
They don't bash gays because a lot of gay people get their mess cut there
So it's smooth..
But I have heard a discussion about the media pushing a gay agenda
Which I actually stepped in and defended .. saying we need to see gay people on television and in movies because it helps those who are gay cope with it rather than commiting suicide or marrying women and being miserable
And about half of them sided with me.. which was very refreshingb
ccccccc
im sorry but i dont know how anyone can be homophobic in atlanta
the amount of FAGS i see everywhere :overit:
That makes things worse imo
Seeing an influx of it .. and how disgusting they can be out here ..fighting and carrying on.. stealing and fighting women..
But yeah I think everyone has gotten a lot more comfortable with gays over the years owt here.. so is different
This is the black gay mecca
D<MSSDNNNNNNN\
i kinda hate that it has that title tbh
because it brings in the WORST of the WORST
i know so many black fags from high school that moved to atlanta specifically because of how large the gay community is there
and one fag in particular be pulling TRICKS and STUNTS.
cant stand him, frail FAGGOT :overit:
CBNCVNNNMMM
that's the type of fag that drives the stereotypes

you make them sound like stray animals that people have become used to
well that's what they give here..
Not like other cities ..
Do I need to post those vidyas from pride week again?
This is very common here

I've heard this too
Quite a few of them are convinced that the media wants their sons to be trans and for their daughter to be throwing on straps. It's hilarious.
its a dumb ass mindset
I don't think the media is doing harm to any children..
Really wish everyone will accept gay being something one is born being
It really pisses me off
But a lot of the barbers in my shop agreed that ppl are born being gay as well..
They have grown so much over the years

always was an awkward thing for me.
i don't think a "gay friendly" black barbershop even exists. sss
it's one of those places where hetero men gather to discuss hetero things
I think so too... in regards to a "gay friendly" barbershop not existing
as far as "gay bashing" talk, it has diminished over the years...
a lot of heterosexual men have homosexual family members who are now OUT in the open... and they have a better understanding.

I don't go to a specific barbershop, and I don't really talk to the person cutting my hair.
I never knew barbershops were so damn tacky and ghetto.
I have a barber but he lives in another city (I moved) and I would always get there right after I got off work so it was always empty.
Idk. Yes. We mostly talk politics in West Africa though.

What exactly are they talking about that makes you THAT uncomfortable :diddraispoot:
Yea I'm curious, i mean maybe back in the 90's early 00's
Cause most barbershops now are all about making $$
They know uneducated niggers aren't gonna keep their lights on tbh
I go to the barbershops that have class and the owner is professional.
In turn the barbers are all a bit more intelligent and goal driven
The only problem I saw lately was a church goer that came in dissing gay marriage
.. and two barbers tore into him pretty good as well as other customers. He left kinda quiet and I think his views changed a bit too :dead:
The Arab one I go to, they barely speak English.

I mean...
the normal heterosexual male conversation that a homosexual male like myself doesn't partake in
the whole "fuckin bitches", degrading women, gays, etc..
I live in Brooklyn and there's a huge west indian population and they hate gays
the atmosphere is just an uncomfortable situation for me

yeah, it's terrible.
there were plenty of times where I would just walk past people
and I'd hear them under their breath say things "is he the gay one?"
I guess there were rumors about me being gay at the time
people are ugly.
