My diet keeps me shredded but I always wondered how others do it and eat regular
it honestly is a job. When you're not sleeping you're in the gym weight training, and when you're not weight training you're stuffing your face with full plates of protein every 4 hours and shoving pills down your throat. It's almost like training to be mr olympia. I don't see how people live like that.

They are similar but with bulking you're not really doing cardio, like literally almost none. The point is to take your muscle size to the max. Plus you eat double the amount during bulking in comparison to shredding. With shredding you just want to get a super defined look without losing the muscle you already created during the bulk process. At this point you just need to shrink all that body fat down.
You can do a "lean bulk" though.
