I'm 6'0. But I've always had a  stocky/thick build. I got up to 250 lbs right after high school but settled back to around 225 for a few years. Then when I started nursing school, I got down to 185 and looked kinda a fool lol.

Pretty much heavy weight training at least 5 times a week and fasted cardio inbetween. Increase my protein intake to the max. Load up on supplements and bcaa capsules. Biggest problem is sleep. It isn't realistic to get a full 8 hours because you practically live in the gym unless you have everything you need at home.

it honestly is a job. When you're not sleeping you're in the gym weight training, and when you're not weight training you're stuffing your face with full plates of protein every 4 hours and shoving pills down your throat. It's almost like training to be mr olympia. I don't see how people live like that.
