I'm always striving to be the best version of myself so mind

And I might want to be super shredded for 4 months and then go back to being slim the next 8 months. Can't make up my mind.

I'm 6'0. But I've always had a  stocky/thick build. I got up to 250 lbs right after high school but settled back to around 225 for a few years. Then when I started nursing school, I got down to 185 and looked kinda a fool lol.

I like my men kinda solid.

At one point I was interested in having a super shredded bodybuilder look but I'm glad I snapped out of it real quick.

I prefer to be slim-cut. Not really with the bulk-muscle look.I honestly just want a nicer chest and a lil tricep/bicep mess.
