:uhh:
20K a week?!
Obviously if u ain't got it like that, that's one thing.
But this girl is wealthy
Honestly most aren't financially literate. But idk if that's the case for her.
It just may be better for her situation
Because they typically don't stay in one place too long. Renting homes is like the average person renting a hotel room to them..
Hmmmm
yeah it'd Seem easier almost to just buy the mess
She probably doesn't want the full responsibility of being a homeowner

i can see it if ur just out there recording for a month or two but she's lived there for a year now
Idk :ermm: i'd Just acquire the mess outright

true
And not saying it's inexpensive to own and care for, but it just seems like such a waste.
In general, if u don't have to rent, i definitely wouldn't recommend it

But why? Owning isn't always cheaper when you factor in maintenance, insurance, taxes, security, etc..

i suppose. That may not always be the case
Just seems like a smarter investment
I can see why people like Rih rent houses.
She travels frequently to promote her business ventures or for touring, so it's not like she'll be home very often. She most likely spends her nights at hotels or AirBnB's.
Plus, once she REALLY retires from the music and the entertainment industry, I think she's going to move back to Barbados.
I would rent too
you ain't about to reveal to the girls I'm behind on tazxes or that u booted me owt
I'm sure sis owns a home.
And rents when she's away.
20K a WEEK? :uhh:

vdgghhhhhh
With the political climate in london why would anyone that is not a uk citizen buy anything there?
Especially if its temporary.
Well she lives in multiple places
20k a month is 200 dollars to her

I was about to say this but renting for a damn yr? This girl fat and dumb huh? Retired ass bitch
Im sure she has some project or business she can charge the expenses to.
20k a month is way cheaper than what she'd pay per night for a suite at one of the top hotels.

Still even if it's just for a year or two it would make more sense to rent
Yea I'd rent too if I were that busy and rich...if she isn't gonna live there forever there's kinda no point in buying
