And not saying it's inexpensive to own and care for, but it just seems like such a waste.

In general, if u don't have to rent, i definitely wouldn't recommend it

But why? Owning isn't always cheaper when you factor in maintenance, insurance, taxes, security, etc..

I can see why people like Rih rent houses.

She travels frequently to promote her business ventures or for touring, so it's not like she'll be home very often. She most likely spends her nights at hotels or AirBnB's.

Plus, once she REALLY retires from the music and the entertainment industry, I think she's going to move back to Barbados.
