There's a good chance there's someone managing her social media account at the moment and posted those pics to go along with the post. I wouldn't judge her for this. My heart goes out to them.

People take pics when they miscarry the same way they would if a healthy baby was delivered. They may not be as dramatic as these, but it's normal... I won't judge them. I'm sorry to hear. Losing a baby is beyond painful.
