i wouldn't say ray was neglected, but a lot of his behavior def may have gone unchecked.

if anything, he's spoiled IMO. maybe they gave him too much coddling.

At the end of the day, Ray J is a petulant man baby at the ripe age of 45 or however old he is now. Meanwhile Sonja was up brandy's ass having her lie about being married cus a bitch was fucking in her damn TWENTIES. A lot of boys are allowed to get away with murder while the girls have to be perfect reflections of the family. it's obvious that's what happened here and probably is a big reason why Brandy is so damn reclusive now
