Kalifornia.

I don't think Brandy is lazy. I think she gets comfortable with something and then stays stuck there for a while. That's why she continues to stick with Frank.

If Timb gave her some heat then Brandy needs to go sit with him and let him do a mixtape for her.
She sounds really pretty & the snippet is giving 90s Timb

Brandy really is just stalling...idk what her deal is.
Brandy is lazy and has been since after 2002.

To be fair, she does work hard. I think it's more fear than laziness.
It's laziness. Not fear. She keeps shading Full Moon and Afrodisiac. She wasn't singing like she sang on "Sittin Up In My Room" when she first came out. She needs to stop lying so much. She has one more fucking time to shade either Full Moon or Afrodisiac and I'm going to read her ass myself. Afrodisiac is her best album to date and she'll never top it. Period. The way she's been singing lately has been giving pure laziness and she needs to stop singing "Almost Doesn't Count" she has far better album cuts than that. She needs to start singing shit like "I Tried", "How I Feel", "Come As You (Fucking) Are", "Where You Wanna Be", etc. She's just fucking lazy and she needs to get rid of Frank Gatson's faggot ass too. Go back to Laurieann Gibson or Columbus Short or even Fatima. Frank's choreography is tired and lame. It doesn't even fit Brandy's aesthetic at all.

I have been wondering why she changed the way she sings. She stopped projecting a while ago & yeah I know her voice has changed as she stated but the change shouldn't be leading to lack of enunciation & half singing she has been doing for a minute
I agree Afro is her best.
Focus is a vocal masterpiece. I know she has said she wants to one day hit Vegas but I wonder how she is going to do that when she only likes to perform the same handful of songs and keeps her discography small. I saw MJB last month & she ran through the 90s to present albums so the show was fresh.
I am shocked Brandy hasn't hopped on the singers doing mixtape wave since it is the perfect setup for her. 6 or so songs a tape. Dropping one annually or every few months would be an easy way to build up her discography
Timb probably gave Chloe at least one hit on this mixtape imo bc this snippet is 90s timb so a hit has to be on this tape so Brandy really should consider going back in with him for a 6 song mixtape of fun songs
Brandy doesn't do shit because she doesn't look to her REAL fans and ask them what they want. She asks the fans that don't really care what she does. That's why. Plus she needs to get rid of Frank as her creative/musical director because he sucks. He doesn't know how to present Brandy and his choreography is lame. Brandy needs Sonja to get her ass together and maybe smack some sense into her ass. While she's at it Sonja needs to smack some sense into Ray J's ass too. Brandy is ruining her legacy at this point. It's like meh. The music has been meh since Two Eleven. Her performances lately has been meh and half-assed. I don't understand why she doesn't look for a new choreographer or even a better creative/musical director.
Chile yesss Brandy never tours for her fans, only spot dates for the common ppl. We support her the most and continuously get crumbs

i think it's reasonable to question why she may be seemingly reluctant or delayed in releasing music within a certain time frame

but to reduce it to "she lazy" is crazy work considering all we've seen from her over the past few months.

it's not a sensible conclusion IMO. i think there might be a lot more reasoning behind the apparent delay. and we can't forget we're assuming she hasn't been recording at all, or planning any new music at all.

she seems pretty fired up and inspired, so i wouldn't be shocked if she was plotting something.
Yeah she's not lazy at all she's just afraid of flopping but the music been flopping since NSN...she refuses to change her approach to releasing music

It will just like that project Tim did for Justine Skye and the album he produced for Tink never came out.

Justice Jackson

It's an OK project.

I like their efforts individually but I don't think the chemistry is there overall.

Also, it's nice to hear timbs style, but these productions aren't especially imaginative or innovative
Ketanji Jackson has come this far by faith.

Ketanji Brown will still beatcho ass.
