Quiet as it's kept, a lot of the blame can go on the producers/songwriters too.
A lot of the time, they only want the lead singer's vocals on the song for "cohesiveness" or because of crunch time.
I have been in too many rooms and seen this happen with groups. I disagree with this 100% though.
I love a Danity Kane type group where all members get in the game and play, big or small contributions.

i know i heard tavia, toya, kelly, farrah...think i heard solange here and there
and a bass note or two from mathew if my ears aren't deceiving me.

I'm not really a fence riding kinda girl, but, I can see both sides of the argument here.

The other girls should've got more shine, on one hand.

The other girls were never fucking with and to this day can never fuck with Beyonce, on the other hand.

Both things are true and the chips kinda fell where they fell. I think they should all do an album one day, sans Farrah (Cause she's a bitch). Or at least a song.

This is part of why groups don't last cuz, if the song only has MY VOICE, how is it DESTINY'S CHIlD, and why are the girls who are lip syncing to my vocals expecting to get paid for it?

No they don't compare to Bey but why do y'all constantly feel the need to compare them or any other women in general to Beyonce?? Just enjoy and appreciate them for who they are. Beyonce, like Prince, Michael, Stevie and Whitney are once in a lifetime talents. No amount of practice or connections would make them comparable to Beyonce because she was given that gift.

Who are you to call them lazy? Were you in the rooms, practices and recordings with them? All the girls had been working since they were children and no I'm not about to blame or judge 15 yr old girls tf. I didn't blame everything on Beyonce? I said she had parents who were gonna make sure she was on everything and credited for everything when we know she don't write everything.
 I can put blame on adult Bey though b/c when has she ever reached out to them or tried to build a relationship? They gotta stalk her down backstage at her tours and never hear from her again
