I didn't even think this was a real thing.  I just always shrugged it off as some white lady shit.  But I started having it really bad around January.  I just felt nervous all the time, butterflies in stomach, on the edge, body tingles....

It was the trippiest thing.  I started Googling the symptoms and everything I was feeling was spelled out as having anxiety.

It's a real thing, and it can literally make you feel like you're having a 24/7 outer body experience.  And I usually only ever feel it when work is overwhelming.

One time I was at work and it was so bad that I randomly started crying...


Not BOOHOO  crying like a baby, but tears randomly came out of my eyes as I was working.

I felt so embarrassed talking to anyone about it.  People will legit think you're crazy and make assumptions about your mental health.

For 3-4 days straight, I literally felt like I was high and my body tingled all over.  I was tripping that I could Google my symptoms, and there were so many people that had the same story.
