I'm serious
I keep thinking someone is going to die
I haven't experienced death in family yet, so I'm always paranoid when people I love step out of the house

I didn't even think this was a real thing.  I just always shrugged it off as some white lady shit.  But I started having it really bad around January.  I just felt nervous all the time, butterflies in stomach, on the edge, body tingles....

It was the trippiest thing.  I started Googling the symptoms and everything I was feeling was spelled out as having anxiety.

It's a real thing, and it can literally make you feel like you're having a 24/7 outer body experience.  And I usually only ever feel it when work is overwhelming.

!!!!
I'm usually always relaxed and laid back and only stressed at work, but I know how to hide that we'll.
But lately I catch myself from having panic attacks over the silliest things  :dead:

No, I know exactly what you're talking about.  You can go days feeling on the edge.  You can literally cry on cue.  It's crazy!

I always thought "anxiety" was just a fancy way of saying you're stressed out.

When that shit starts affecting you physically, you quickly understand the difference.

Just take it easy!

Omg thought this was just me

I've only experienced my grandpa's death but I was like 10 at the time so I wasn't close enough with him to fully...grieve.

Every time my mom leaves and doesn't answer the phone I get super 'rvous and start imagining the worst. :stressed:

Jjjjjuuuuuuuuu I know it sounds stupid but if someone leaves the room and it's all quiet I always think they're being held at gun point or they've fallen down the stairs and they are dead so I always check if they are OK or call out for them  gggggggggggg :uhh:
