Sometimes it's just best to move forward, anyway.
I just got over some mess with my coworker, I think I vented here a bit about it. She stepped out of line and forgot that we were colleagues, not boss/employee. She got put back in her place, and I could tell she was angry about it for weeks but I honestly didn't care. BUT, it was affecting our WORK relationship. That's what concerned me.
We recently started being nice/cordial again, and for the sake of better TEAMWORK I am glad that we did. Part of me was like, maybe I should apologize for the misunderstanding we had, etc. But then I was like , for what?
She stepped out of line, got out of pocket, and had to be checked. What is there to apologize about? We good.
And everything's still fine.
With or without some Oprah moment
chile thats how it is kinda with my immediate supervisor
work related she gets checked on her laziness and bs
she doesn't like me but
outside of work related stuff we are really cool
but we dont hang out or anything after work its just we clash alot on work related topics
but i have 2 other more knowledgeable and caring supervisors i can bring stuff too so my immediate supervisor is kind of a non factor
