Ehhhhhhhhhh iono i still think usher is in a better boat.  I don't think he's gonna miss out on opportunities because he has herpes. Music isn't selling anyway and he's past his prime so his "sex appeal" is very irrelevant.  Usher will still be invited to shit, performing, etc. Just like james Corden aired that carpool karoake in the midst of all this shit.  He couldve easily pulled that if it was viewed  as that big of a deal.  R. KELLY doesnt even get the opportunity to do things like carpool karoake. This R. KELLY shit HAS followed him around and made him a pariah within the industry. He only had his blk audience holding him down and that's wavering too. Both of their careers are on ice but usher definitely has the edge

R. Kelly is someone who many view as the king of r&b. Why doesnt he perform at the grammys?  Why isn't he getting tributes? Why isn't he performing on billboard, American Music Awards, etc

At this point is, he is at Prince, AC/DC, Garth Brooks legendary status and above these shows. The fuck he looks like performing next to Selena Gomez?

I shouldnt be able to count on one hand how many times R. KELLY has performed for big shows. R kelly isnt respected and will never be revered like those other people u named. Even Usher got a damn BET legend award. R. Kelly will never have a moment where he's honored on one of these big shows. I'm almost inclined to believe BET wouldn't even honor him at this point
