R&B is coming back around... I think the old artists except for a certain few are just not on the new wave yet and tryna play catch up now... u can tell by how some are dressing, Miguel went from tryna give sex symbol to Hypebeast and even Bey is fuckin wearing Off White...

The alternative, indie, moody, artistic R&B is on the rise that all these younger artists are putting out (The Internet, Daniel Caesar, Keleela, Brent Faiyaz etc.)... THEY need a platform to take them to the next level but they have the younger cult/underground/Hypebeast audience on lock!

SZA is currently the spokes person since she blew up but she needs to keep doing her and don?t let the industry dumb her down to keep opening doors for these other artists

Tank was on the Breakfast Club and said something similar about Ginuwine. If you listen to these alt-RnB/Trap Soul artists they all sample his old shit, same with SWV. Alot of the 90s girls just don't know to market themselves to this generation.

And Brandy unreleased music was sooo ahead of it's time:

Porcelain, Doesn't Really Matter, How High, Freedom.... I could hear anyone from Syd to SZA on these songs.
