It's 4 AM in NYC and they're still going at it. I don't think it's BLM hun

its not. theyre popping fireworks literally as i speak. it be like one street over. they do pop fireworks for occassions but i even made a thread i think a week ago complaining about how it was still happening for seemingly no reason at all. i know for a fact they not protesting over here.

and to hear native new yorkers say how odd this is, in addition to reports of it happening throughout the country?

tihis isn't to say that fireworks aren't  a oart of some protests. but that doesn't mean there isn't still sonething larger possibly at play.

and it would make even more sense for them to do this if they see that some protesters are indeed using fireworks. people would just chalk ALL of it up to the protests and ignore it.
