It all is very odd tbh. I've been in NYC all my Life and have never seen the shit like this. All throughout the night

Well they need to fucking stop with the fireworks because that shit is keeping me up at night. And when you call 311 they tell you to call 911 but they don't do shit. Useless ass people.
