I definitely believe Mo'Nique is hard to work with. That condescending shit would infuriate ME so I can only imagine how a professional would feel about it. With that said... I also believe Tyler Perry/Lee are evil and need to be knocked down a peg or two. I still don't understand her discrepancy with Oprah (outside of bringing her molester brother onto her show... But she's not even really mad about that anymore). So she didn't come defend you... Okay?! She doesn't have to babe.
