Project started: 2014
Wrapped up: 2024

Significant Discovery: First known Black American family of Kalmyk descent

Takeaways: Be prepared to pivot, even when you think you're on the right track. Be OK with being wrong so you can get things right.

Kalmyks are tribal Mongolic people who settled in Russia. It's estimated to be only 300,000 Kalmyk descendants worldwide - with only 3,000 in America.

The edit by Kim's team actually looks more realistic. Airbrushed for sure (cause it's a magazine cover), but still realistic. Idk who retouched the published one, but they slimmed down her cheeks and it looks like they mirrored her eyes. Very amateurish, and where are her teeth? lol
On first glance it seems like there's no difference. But Kim had tons of surgery on her face, and she's kinda fat (they obviously retouched her waist in both versions). So the retouching shouldn't be done by some rookie.
Actually, I'm pretty sure Kim's team did the published one. They felt embarrassed about the response so they made this "new" one that they claim is the original.
Anyway, Bow is a filthy srut.
