I just don't get why they identify as both transgender and the new gender they've become. If I got a strap permanently attached, I would claim "male" and only that

There's this transgender boy who fumed saying there's more than 2 genders and I strongly disagreed. Even if you're transgender, you're either a man, a woman, or a hermaphrodite.

You're talking about sex, not gender sweets. There's a difference.
