Do y'all zone out?

If I'm on the road for a good minute I eventually zone out and by the time I get to my destination I don't even remember how I got there in one piece

My mind can be somewhere else and yet my body can be completely in sync with what I need to be doing on the road : changing lanes , stopping, going etc
