He didn't know our forefathers would disobey him,  in their perfect state. Sin and death were passed onto their offspring. (Us) but he still gives us hope and a chance because he could've whiped us out a long time ago. The devil challenged his right to rule in front of multitudes of angels and as God, all his ways are justice and he simply hande the world  over to the devil to see of his claims were true. There will be no one ruining the earth in the new world. Only the righteous and there will be plenty of space and adequate food and housing for everyone. We are talking about a supernatural being that not only created us but the earth, space, planets, everything. There is no limit to his power.
