Ahhh I see it now.. she really hated the concept of the song huh? And that is why she covered her mouth in the music video, she didn't want anything to do with it. Probably also to keep Andre happy..she was basically dissing Tboz and Chilli 

Creep (DARP Remix) is Dallas Austin's remix. This version includes Lefteye's rap. Lefteye did not agree with the song because she thought why creep when you can just exit the relationship. Therefore, you may hear in Lefteye's rap about AIDS and HIV, the dangers of creeping.
