She is. Thing is, once u tested positive while competing at the Olympic Trials, your race is disqualified completely. So its almost as if she never ran there to begin with. So only the 3 fastest legal races will compete.

She had a shot for running the 4x100m relay since that is not entirely based on the individual 100m race, but just who the US organization sees fit to put on the team. Last I heard was that her coach wanted her to run the last leg to the finish line, but they wouldn't allow that. Plus, she's kind of a liability at this point. What if she smokes again, or breaks another rule? Also, the other athlete who kept all the rules and would've been replaced by Sha'carri to run the relay will def protest. And rightfully so. Cause if I kept all the rules and I'm kicked off the team, losing money, endorsements and a possible Gold/Silver/Bronze Olympic medal, me and my coach would def protest that, and win. So her team decided to just let it go...for now.
