i honestly think GODly is the type of artist where her "signature song" could be debated a bit.

i can see some people saying her signature is "friend of mine", then others saying "you shoulda told me", then some saying " as we lay".

she's not like a GODni where the bottom line is pretty clear and u can just say "unbreak my heart"  and shut the whole conversation down instantly.

Ummmm this makes absolutely no sense.  How tf can kelly have multiple Choices for a signature song and toni cant when toni has more signature hits and all of them are bigger than Kelly's
Honestly kelly can only have 1 of 2 signature songs and that's as we lay or FOM and for most it's more than likely the latter. If its between Toni and kelly, toni is definitely the one with  OPTIONS

which is why im more comfortable saying "ok yeah UMH is GODni's signature".she's said it herself.

GODly has not picked one song and said "oooh dis da one!" , not that i know of. and i honestly think she would have a hard time doing that because unlike Toni, her career wasn't all based on a goal of appealing to as many people as possible. to me, toni picking UMH as her signature is her saying "thats the song that got the goal accomplished. it put me on the map around the world."

and what ur saying about Rihanna ...this kinda goes back to us defining what "signature song" is for each artist. it's not gonna be the same for everyone IMO.

I guarantee you that if you go outside of this board and make a topic to regular degular music listeners saying "What is Toni Braxton's signature song?" and another thread saying " What is Kelly Price's signature song?"....The replies in Toni's thread would be MUCH more unanimous. Kelly's wouldn't.

And I'm 100% confident in that.

I've seen her talk about not liking unbreak my heart but I've never heard her say what her signature song is. Post that for me. And TBH an artist cant tell US what song we like by them most. Brandy has alot of off kilter ass thoughts and says "oh the fans wanted" and we're like WHO 

Toni also said tamar Braxton is the best Braxton singer and I dont agree with that either
